About the Maison

Four very different rooms. One intentional roof.

Maison TBS is the home I built for every part of me I used to keep in separate rooms. This is the story of how it came together — and the woman it was built around.

Founder · Strategist · Educator

Hello — I'm Tanesha.

I'm a strategic project manager, operations consultant, corporate trainer, designer, educator, and the founder of Maison TBS. For most of my career, those titles lived in separate rooms — separate jobs, separate inboxes, separate versions of me showing up depending on who was in front of me.

Maison TBS is what happened when I stopped compartmentalizing and decided to put all of it under one roof. It's a maison — a house — because that's exactly what it is: the house I wish I'd had, built for the clients, leaders, and homeowners I love working with.

The History

How four very different rooms ended up under one roof.

For a long time, I thought I had to choose. The strategist or the educator. The corporate operator or the designer. The woman who loves spreadsheets or the woman who cares deeply about how a room feels when you walk into it.

I'd been told — directly and indirectly — that a serious career looked like one lane, one title, one specialty. So I kept the rest quietly to the side. The design work in one drawer. The teaching in another. The real estate eye, the hospitality instinct, the writing, the creating — all stored in their own little rooms behind closed doors.

Maison TBS started the day I opened all of those doors at once and realized they weren't four different houses. They were four rooms in the same house — mine. A maison built on strategy, structure, and service, where every side of me has a place to do its real work.

That's the through-line for everything here: clarity in the corporate work, warmth in the way I teach, intention in the spaces and the brand, and care in how clients are received. Same woman. Same standards. Just finally, all in one home.
