Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our business, such as payment processors (Stripe) and email delivery services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they perform for us.

Payment data & Stripe

All payments on Maison TBS — including product purchases, course enrollments, bookings, and invoices — are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number, expiration date, or CVC. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and transmitted to Stripe over an encrypted connection.

What we share with Stripe in order to process a payment:

• Your name, email address, and (when applicable) billing address
• The amount, currency, and description of the item or invoice being paid
• An internal customer or order identifier so we can match the payment to your account

What we receive back from Stripe and store on our side:

• A Stripe payment, customer, or subscription identifier
• The last four digits of the card and the card brand (e.g. Visa ending 4242), used to display your receipt and help with support
• The payment status (succeeded, refunded, disputed) and timestamp
• For invoices and orders, a hosted Stripe receipt URL

Stripe also uses certain transaction details to detect and prevent fraud and to meet its own legal, tax, and compliance obligations. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy. If you request a refund or dispute a charge, we may share additional order or communication history with Stripe and your card issuer as part of resolving the case.
